Villa Serena is located in the old village of Mirca on the island of Brac, where you can enjoy the tranquil island atmosphere while still being close to the sea. The villa is furnished in a traditional Mediterranean style and is ideal for a family holiday for up to 8 people. The villa consists of a basement, a ground floor, and a first floor. On the basement level, there are two bedrooms (one of which is a twin room with two separate beds), a living room, and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Outside the basement, there is a large terrace with a barbecue, perfect for family gatherings and meals. At the rear of the villa, there is also a terrace with a seating area and a sauna with an outdoor shower. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a fireplace, and a guest toilet. Outside the ground floor, there is a terrace with a swimming pool, sun loungers and parasols, and a table for al fresco dining with stunning views of Mirca and the Adriatic Sea. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One of these bedrooms has a balcony and a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The villa is located 1 km from the beach and the centre of the nearby town of Supetar, where you will find numerous restaurants, bars and shops, is 3.5 km away.
